Products Prove Themselves in the Field

HDC XREAM freed a TRSCSSV valve on Montrose A-15. Barium sulphate was removed, completely freeing the valve. Production increased immediately by 35% and improved thereafter.

Ferrout 100 removed sulphide scale from the injection mandrel on Douglas platform in the UK. Injection rates immediately increased 38% and were sustained for several months.

Koplus LO + Ferrout 301 removed shale/scale deposits in downhole submersible pumps (ESP) in Indonesia. Prior to treatment common practice was to pull the pumps and replace them. After application of Koplus LO + Ferrout 301 the well was back on production with no ESP overload, doubling previous production. Payback time was 31 hours.
